Expressions of Interest

Catering Contract
 
The Ampthill Park Hub Café is situated in the central area of Ampthill Great Park, Woburn Street, Ampthill, MK45 2HX. The Park is approximately 160 acres of parkland and woodland, including a Children's Play Area, Park Hub with Cafe and Toilets, Tennis Courts, Ampthill Town Cricket Club, Ampthill Town Football Club and Ampthill Angling Club. The Town Council will be relocating to the Park in early summer.
The Park is cared for by a Park Development Manager and the Greensand Trust rangers.

The Hub acts as a social and educational facility for visitors and the Council are now seeking interest for the catering contract for the Café.
 
The Council invites Expressions of Interest from suitable individuals, organisations or companies to operate the Cafe. At this stage interested parties are required to submit details of their qualifications and experience together with an outline of the services they would provide including:-

•    Food Offer
•    Hours of operation.
•    Equipment
•    Staffing.
•    Required duration of operating agreement.
•    Please Note: no financial offer can be made at this stage.
 
From the information submitted, the Council will select up to five persons/companies to tender for the operation.
 
Interested parties are also invited to meet The Clerk prior to submission of their information when details can be discussed. Written Expressions of Interest must be submitted to The Clerk by noon on 25th April 2017 addressed to.

Following consideration of Expressions of Interest received invites to tender for successful applications will be forwarded and will require returning by Friday 23rd June 2017.
